Setsuzan (折山) is the destruction and devastation of one's kingdom caused by a corrupt king. The expression in full, "Setsuzan no Kou, Boukoku no Kai" (折山の荒、亡国の壊, "the desolation that crumbles a mountain, the destruction that exterminates a nation") describes how the destruction is enough to cause even the Ryouun Mountain to collapse and leave the land utterly ravaged and barren.
