Ryuuki (劉麒) is the kirin and Saiho of the kingdom of Ryuu, whose current king, Jo Rohou, has ruled for 120 years. He is said to have taken his time in choosing the new king of Ryuu, resulting in a twenty year interregnum between the end of the previous dynasty and the ascension of Rohou as the ruler of Ryuu[1].
After observing the declining situation in Ryuu, Rikou believes that Ryuuki is likely to contract shitsudou at any time.[2]
