Ritatsu (利達) is the son of Seishin and Meiki and brother to Bunki and Rikou. He is also known by the name "Eiseikun" (英清君).
Ritatsu serves as the Chief Physician at the National Hospital of Sou along with Bunki. He is also active in social improvement projects and also assists his father.
