Ritatsu (利達) is the son of Seishin and Meiki and brother to Bunki and Rikou. He is also known by the name "Eiseikun" (英清君).
Ritatsu serves as the Taisui, Executive Director at Hosui Havens (Sou kingdom's sanctuaries for refugees and homeless), along with Bunki. He is active in other social improvement projects and also assists his father.
