Keihaku (卿伯) is a sub-rank of haku (伯)[1] and ranks above Daibu.[2] The rank is roughly equivalent to a viscount[3] or the deputy minister to the prime minister[4].
The Chief Ministers of the Six Ministries of a kingdom's court are awarded the rank of keihaku. Flying Sages who ascended through the edict of a monarch and Oracles will also be granted the status of keihaku rather than haku.
