Jou Province.

Jou Province (承州) is a province of the Kingdom of Tai and is located on the northeast tip of the kingdom. It has much arable land and forest.

It is the birthplace of Risai, who before becoming the General of the Left of the Zui Provincial Army, commanded the Jou Provincial Army.
