Gyouten (堯天) is the capital of the kingdom of Kei and is located in Ei Province, where Keiki serves as its governor.
Located in the center of the kingdom, Gyouten is home to the kingdom's palace, Kinpa Palace, which exists at the peak of Mount Gyouten.[1]
