Gyokuyo (玉葉) refers to several different characters in the Twelve Kingdoms series.
- Lady Gyokuyo, the Genkun (玄君) of the fifty nyosen that reside at Mount Hou. Because the goddess is said to be very beautiful, her name is popular for girls.
- Gyokuyo, known also as "Kuyo", is the daughter of a sugar pedlar who Youko Nakajima meets in the kingdom of Kou.
- Gyokuyo is the chief lady-in-waiting to Youko after she becomes the ruler of the kingdom of Kei.
- Gyokuyo is the alias used by Shoukei when she resides in a rike in the kingdom of Hou.
