Goson (醐孫)[1] is an official from Ba Province in Tai. He sneaks into Mt. Hou attempts to capture Taiki thinking it will make him king. The act greatly angers Teiyei and the other nyosen accompanying Taiki, and Goson is banned from participating in the Shouzan shortly afterwards.
