Dragon King

The Dragon King is said to be the ruler of the waves of the Dragon Kingdom, though this generally believed to be mostly a myth. His palace is said to be located in the Yellow Sea, though it is a place abandoned by the gods and is protected only by Kenrou Shinkun.
