Daishikuu of Kei
Daishikuu (大司空)[1] is the chief minister of the Ministry of Winter, one of the Six Ministries that serves directly under the ruler. As with the other chief ministers, the daishikuu holds the rank of keihaku. The official's title is also translated as the "Minister of Development."
As the chief minister of the Ministry of Winter, the Daishikuu is charged with the administration of the kingdom's economic affairs. The minister is also responsible for the sale and distribution of Touki weapons in a kingdom's inventory.
